How a Worker works

A colleague that knows your whole working life.

A Worker doesn't answer and forget. It connects, learns, builds, reminds, runs, asks, and shares. Scroll through one working day.

01

Connects to your data and your apps.

Connect the sources your work lives in: databases and spreadsheets, documents and drives, your mailbox and calendar, your CRM and ticketing tools. A Worker reads every source with the rights of the person asking, never more.

02

See all of your work in one place, as widgets.

Say what you want to see and it becomes a widget on the board: a table, a chart, a list, a notepad, a reminder. A Worker saves the recipe behind it and refreshes it on a schedule with no AI in the loop, so the number on the board is the number in the source and every refresh costs you nothing. More than 50 widget types.

03

Runs the work you hand over, while you're away.

Write the brief like you would for a colleague: what to look at, what to produce, where it goes. Set it daily, weekly or every few hours. You approve what it may do once, the run keeps to that list, and every result reports back to your inbox.

04

Asks before anything leaves the building.

An e-mail to a customer, a ticket update, a CRM change, a message to the team, a file written to your drive: each arrives as an approval card before it goes. Approve it, or decline it, and every action stays in the transcript as a receipt.

05

Works with your whole team, on the same board.

Share a Worker with a colleague at the level you choose: view, use or manage. Everyone works on the same board, sees who has it open and what changed, and asks the same Worker in the same chat. Personal memory and data stay per person, so nobody sees anyone else's.

Studio

Build once. Use everywhere.

Agents that answer from your data, workflows that run on a schedule, and a builder that makes both by conversation. Every asset you create here is ready to use across Harmona.

Agents

Assistants grounded in your databases, documents, drives and ticket history, with every answer citing its source. Published in the web app, on Microsoft Teams, through the API, or embedded in your own site with the Web SDK.

Workflows

For the work that has to happen every morning, every week, every shift. A schedule, AI steps with typed outputs, conditions, 200+ actions, and a human approval wherever you place one. Results land in one inbox.

Agent Mode

Describe the agent or workflow you need. Harmona drafts it, wires the integrations you may use, checks their health and asks you to approve every change.

Integrations

Your tools, connected the way they should be.

Connect your apps and your data once, from databases and documents to mailboxes, tickets and images. Your own accounts stay yours; team tools are set up once and shared with view, use or manage rights. More than 200 ready-made actions, and your own APIs on top.

Control & security

Autonomy with a hand on the brake.

Workers and agents can read, build and prepare on their own. Anything that reaches outside, or touches someone else's data, waits for a person.

Security & data protection

Approval cards, before anything goes out

Every outbound action waits for a person. An e-mail, a calendar invite, a ticket update or a CRM change arrives as a card that shows exactly what will happen. You approve it, or you decline it.

Admins oversee, they don't take over

An org admin sees every asset but cannot use or edit someone else's without a share. A colleague's Gmail or Drive is usable only by them, or by whoever they explicitly share it with.

Safety on by default

Private data redaction (e-mails, phone numbers, card numbers, national IDs, API keys) plus content and advice restrictions are switched on for every new agent. Turning one off is a deliberate act.

Nothing runs outside its grant

An unattended task keeps to the permissions approved at creation; anything else is declined and reported. A task can never widen its own reach or create another task.
