From brief to draft
“Set up a workflow that turns support e-mails into Jira tickets.” Agent Mode creates the draft, adds the trigger and steps, picks the integrations you hold use rights on, and validates the whole thing before it can be activated.
One approval per change
Thirty-one kinds of change, from adding a step or attaching a tool to sharing with a colleague or activating, are gated. They are batched into a single card per turn, written in your language, and nothing runs until you approve.
Integrations with health
It sees which accounts are connected, which are broken and why, and offers the fix: reconnect your own account, re-enter a team credential, or connect a new one, each as a card that opens the right page.
Credentials never in chat
No tool accepts a token, password or connection string. Secrets are entered only on the resource's own page, which Agent Mode links you to. There are no delete tools at all.
Sharing built in
“Let Sarah use this agent.” Done, at the level you choose (view, use or manage), from the same conversation.

Every outbound action waits for a person. An e-mail, a calendar invite, a ticket update or a CRM change arrives as a card that shows exactly what will happen. You approve it, or you decline it.

An org admin sees every asset but cannot use or edit someone else's without a share. A colleague's Gmail or Drive is usable only by them, or by whoever they explicitly share it with.
Safety on by default
Private data redaction (e-mails, phone numbers, card numbers, national IDs, API keys) plus content and advice restrictions are switched on for every new agent. Turning one off is a deliberate act.
Nothing runs outside its grant
An unattended task keeps to the permissions approved at creation; anything else is declined and reported. A task can never widen its own reach or create another task.
