Recipes, not re-prompts
A data tile is a saved, read-only recipe: an integration action, a single SQL SELECT, a table from a spreadsheet, or the replay of an analysis you did in chat. It refreshes on its own schedule with no AI in the loop, resolves dates like {{days_ago:7}} at run time, and tells you when it went stale.
Rules and memory
Say “from now on, amounts in EUR” and it becomes a rule your Worker obeys on every turn. It is literally the list injected into its instructions. Memory is per person: in a shared Worker, everyone sees only their own.
Tasks that run while you sleep
Delegate an outcome once, daily, weekly, monthly or every few hours. You approve a list of what it may do (fourteen permissions, from “set reminders” to “reply through Zoho Desk”); the run keeps to that list, declines the rest, and reports back to your inbox.
Sub-agents and workflows as tools
A Worker can ask any agent in its toolbox and run any workflow you're allowed to run. Each run shows its status and step trail inline. Big builds are handed off to Agent Mode with a written brief.
Built for a team
Owner, editor and viewer roles; live presence (“Viewing now: Sarah, Alex”); an activity feed of who pinned, added or delegated what; a usage panel with chat turns, healthy widgets and things built. Every recipe on a personal account shows whose account it runs as.
