Glossary

Short definitions of the terms used across Harmona: Worker, agent, workflow, Agent Mode, skill, approval card, credit, source, tile and recipe.

Worker
A persistent AI colleague with its own board: tiles that refresh from your sources, notes, rules, memory, tasks that run while you're away and an approval card before anything leaves. Personal or shared with a team.
Agent
An assistant people chat with, grounded in your documents, databases and drives. Published in the web app, in Microsoft Teams, through the REST API or on your website.
Workflow
A scheduled or manual sequence of steps: reads from your tools, AI steps with typed outputs, conditions, actions and human approval steps. Results land in the inbox.
Agent Mode
The builder that works by conversation: describe the agent or workflow you need, and Harmona drafts it, wires the integrations you may use and asks you to approve every change.
Skill
A reusable behaviour you attach to any agent, such as "cite sources" or "numbers always with units". Edit the text once and every agent using it changes.
Training set
Curated question-and-answer pairs that teach an agent the house answers.
Approval card
The card that appears before any outbound action (an e-mail, a ticket update, a CRM change) showing exactly what will happen. Approve or decline; nothing runs until you do.
Credit
One thousandth of a US dollar of usage. Each self-serve plan includes a monthly allowance; widget refreshes cost nothing because they run without AI.
Source
Anything an agent or Worker can read from: SQL databases, documents, spreadsheets, drives, SharePoint, ReadMe.com docs, Zoho Desk tickets, web pages, images. Processed into your workspace's store on connection.
Integration
An app Harmona can act in, such as HubSpot, Jira, Zoho Desk, Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SAP or your own REST and SOAP APIs. Personal accounts stay personal; team tools are set up once and shared.
Tile
A block on a Worker's board: a value, a table, a chart, a list, a note, a reminder, a task. More than 50 types.
Recipe
The saved, read-only definition behind a data tile: an integration action, a SQL SELECT, a spreadsheet table or a replayed analysis. It refreshes on its own schedule with no AI in the loop.
