Harmona has two dimensions: seats, which are the people in your workspace, and credits, which measure what your Workers, agents and workflows actually do. This page explains both, and the parts that deliberately cost nothing.

Every plan includes every integration, workflows with approvals, the inbox, skills and web search. Annual billing saves 20%. Prices are in USD; Enterprise can be invoiced in TRY or USD.
What a credit is
One credit is one thousandth of a US dollar of usage. A model call costs credits in proportion to the work it does: a short answer from a document costs less than a deep analysis across many sources. Each plan's monthly allowance covers ordinary use; extra credits roll over and are used only after the allowance.
What costs nothing
- Widget refreshes. A tile on a Worker's board is a saved recipe: a SQL SELECT, an integration action, a spreadsheet table. It refreshes on its schedule without a model, so keeping a board current costs no credits at all.
- Approvals and the inbox. Reading a card, approving or declining, and the run waiting for you cost nothing.
- Connections and storage. Connecting sources and keeping them processed in your workspace's store is part of the plan.
A worked example
A five-person sales team on Business: a Sales Worker with six tiles refreshed hourly (free), a Monday pipeline briefing task (a few hundred credits a week), a docs-grounded agent answering questions from reps through the day, and a daily HubSpot digest workflow. In practice such a team stays well inside the monthly allowance; the credits go to the answers and the briefings, not to keeping the board alive.
