Plans and credits
How plans, monthly and extra credits work, where the owner buys credits, redeems coupons and finds invoices, and what happens at the limit.
The free trial, Individual and Business plans run on credits. One credit is one thousandth of a US dollar of usage. Every AI step your Workers, agents and workflows take uses credits. Enterprise plans are billed on usage in US dollars instead, with a usage threshold.
Plans
| Plan | Seats | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 1 | 2,000 for 14 days |
| Individual | 1 | 10,000 a month |
| Business | 5 included | 100,000 a month |
| Enterprise | 10 to 100+ | Custom |
Prices and the full feature comparison are on Pricing. Annual billing saves 20%.
Who manages billing
On cloud plans, only the workspace Owner sees Management → Account: Overview, Payment Information, Subscriptions, Usage & Credits, Billing & Invoices and Redeem Coupon. When other members hit a billing limit, they are asked to contact the Owner.
Monthly and extra credits
- Monthly credits come with your plan and reset at the start of each billing period. Unused monthly credits don't carry over.
- Extra credits are credits you buy. They are used only after the monthly credits run out, and they carry over from month to month. The oldest pack is used first.
- Account → Usage & Credits shows the monthly credits remaining, your extra credit balance and the packs you bought.
- At 90% of the monthly credits, a banner warns you.
Buy credits
- 1Go to Account → Usage & Credits and select Add Credits, or Buy credits on the banner.
- 2Enter an amount in US dollars. The minimum is $10, and the page shows how many credits you'll get.
- 3Choose a saved card or add a new one, then confirm. Your bank may ask for 3D Secure verification.
It is a one-time payment. It appears under Billing & Invoices as a credit purchase.
What happens at the limit
Warning
To continue, buy credits, upgrade the plan, or wait for the next billing period.
The free trial ends after 14 days or when its 2,000 credits are used, whichever comes first. The Owner then chooses a paid plan to keep going.
Enterprise: the usage threshold
Enterprise workspaces pay for what they use. Account → Usage & Billing shows month-to-date spend, a forecast for the month and last month's total. The usage threshold caps monthly spend and warns you as you approach it; setting it to 0 blocks all further usage. It can't be lower than what you've already used this month, or higher than the limit of your usage tier. Your tier depends on your total spend over time; contact support to move up a tier.
Invoices, payment and your subscription
- Billing & Invoices shows the upcoming invoice and past invoices, which you can download. A failed payment can be retried there.
- A failed card charge is also retried automatically on day 1, 3 and 7. Until one succeeds, features are limited.
- Payment Information holds your cards and the company and billing details printed on invoices.
- Subscriptions is where you upgrade, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel. A canceled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Coupons
Redeem a code under Account → Redeem Coupon, or add it when you choose a plan. A coupon can give extra credits, free months, or a discount for a number of months. Only one coupon is active at a time: redeeming a new one ends the current one, and Harmona asks you first. A code made for another plan is applied when you switch to that plan.
