What Harmona is: Workers, Chat, Studio, Inbox and Management, who it is for, and where it can run.

Harmona is an AI workspace for companies. You connect your data and your everyday tools once. Then Workers, assistants and workflows answer from that data and do work in those tools. Anything that leaves Harmona, such as an e-mail or a ticket update, waits for a person to approve it.
The parts of Harmona

| Chat | Conversations with assistants. Harmona Assistant is your organization's default assistant; Assistants lists the others you can use, and Library collects the images and charts created in your chats. |
| Inbox | One place for approvals, workflow runs, Worker reports, reminders and connection requests. |
| Studio | Where you build: Agents, Workflows, Skills, Connections (knowledge sources), Integrations (apps) and Training. Create with Harmona opens Agent Mode, which builds agents and workflows with you by chat. |
| Management | For admins and the account owner: Users, Usage, Impact, Organization Settings and Account. |
Home opens from the Harmona logo at the top of the sidebar. It shows your Workers, recent chats, what is waiting in your inbox and a setup checklist.
Workers, agents and workflows
- Agents are assistants that answer from your company's data and cite the source. People use them in the web chat, through the REST API, or in a chat embedded on your own website with the Web SDK.
- Workflows automate a process you lay out step by step: a trigger, AI steps, conditions, actions in your tools and approval steps.
- Workers are where the day-to-day work happens. A Worker can ask agents from its toolbox, run workflows you may run, and take on tasks you delegate in plain language.

Who it is for
- One person. Your Personal Worker plans the day from your own mail, calendar and drive. See the Individual plan on Pricing.
- A team. Shared Workers, team integrations, sharing with view, use or manage rights, and approvals across the company. This is the Business plan.
- A larger organization. Enterprise adds private cloud or on-premises deployment, SSO, SAP connections, your own model API keys and an SLA.
