Quick start

Start a free trial, set up your workspace, connect your own accounts, open your first Worker and delegate your first task.

Die Dokumentation gibt es auf Englisch und Türkisch, so wie die Harmona-Oberfläche. Diese Seite wird auf Englisch angezeigt.

This guide takes you from sign-up to a Worker that runs a task for you. It takes about ten minutes. You need a work e-mail address and, ideally, a Google or Microsoft account with your mail and calendar.

1. Sign up and start the trial

  1. 1On harmona.ai, click Start free trial.
  2. 2Sign up with your e-mail and a password, or choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. If you sign up with a password, open the verification e-mail and click the link.
  3. 3On Set up your workspace, click Start free trial.
  4. 4Pick the free trial on the plan page, then give the workspace a name. It is usually your company or team name, and you can change it later.
The trial lasts 14 days, needs no credit card and includes 2,000 credits. You become the owner of the workspace. See Pricing for what each plan includes.

2. Follow the checklist on Home

After setup you land on Home. The Set up your Harmona card lists the next steps. Each step ticks itself when it is done, so you can do them in any order.

  • Connect your data: a database, documents or web pages your assistants and Workers should answer from. See Knowledge sources.
  • Open your Personal Worker: your own dashboard and chat, created for you on your first visit.
  • Meet Harmona Assistant: your organization's default assistant.
  • Connect your calendar & mail and Connect your tools: your own accounts, so Harmona can work with them.
  • Invite your team: shown to admins on plans with more than one seat.

3. Connect your own accounts

  1. 1In the sidebar, open Studio › Integrations.
  2. 2Under Connect your own accounts, click the app you want, for example Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Google Drive or OneDrive & SharePoint.
  3. 3Sign in in the window that opens and allow access. The account appears under My accounts.

Tipp

Mail and calendar are separate connections. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar as well if you want your Worker to see your day. Accounts you connect here are tied to you; others cannot use them unless you share them. See How integrations work.

4. Open your first Worker

Your Personal Worker is ready under Workers. To create another one for a specific job:

  1. 1Open Workers and click New Worker.
  2. 2Under What should this worker do for you?, describe the job in a sentence. Optionally pick a Closest fit such as Sales or Customer Support.
  3. 3Click Create Worker. The Worker opens a conversation and sets up the dashboard with you, starting from the sources you have connected.

5. Delegate your first task

  1. 1In the Worker's chat, describe a routine. For example: “Every weekday at 8:30, brief me on today's meetings and the unread mail that needs a reply.”
  2. 2The Worker prepares the task and shows a Delegate a task card with the schedule. Click Approve.
  3. 3The task appears on the Tasks tile. Each run reports back in your Inbox as Task finished.

You can also click New task on the Tasks tile and fill in the form yourself. See Tasks and delegation.

6. Invite your team

Admins invite people from Management › Users. An invitation is valid for 14 days; an admin can send it again after that. The trial has one seat, so inviting others needs a plan with more seats. See Users and roles.

On an on-premises installation there is no self-service sign-up. A platform administrator creates the workspace and adds you to it.
