Microsoft Entra user import

The Microsoft Users integration reads your Microsoft Entra directory (formerly Azure AD) and adds people to your Harmona organization in bulk. It appears under Directory in the Add Integration list and is available to admins only.

Register an app in Azure

1. 1In the Azure portal, open App registrations and create a new registration.
2. 2Under API permissions, add a Microsoft Graph Application permission that can read users, and grant admin consent.
3. 3Create a client secret and copy its value.
4. 4Copy the Directory (tenant) ID and the Application (client) ID.

Connect and import

1. 1Go to Studio → Integrations, click Add Integration and choose Microsoft Users.
2. 2Enter an Integration Name, for example "Company Directory", and a Description.
3. 3Enter the Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret, then click Create Integration.
4. 4The Microsoft Users page lists the people in your directory. To narrow the list, enter a Company Name or Department and click Filter.
5. 5Click Sync Users to import the people that match the filter.

What the import does

• Only enabled accounts that have an e-mail address are imported.
• New people join your organization as members, not admins.
• People who already have a Harmona account with the same e-mail are added to the organization, not duplicated.
• Imported people do not get a Harmona password.

The import runs when you click Sync Users. To pick up people who joined your directory later, open the integration and sync again.
