Workspaces
Create a workspace, switch between the workspaces you belong to, accept invitations, and understand the free trial and workspace status badges.

A workspace is your team's home in Harmona. The Workers and agents you build, the data you connect and the people you invite all live in it. One account can belong to several workspaces, each with its own plan, members and data.
Open or switch workspaces
Open the menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Workspaces. Your workspaces lists each one with your role, its plan, the number of members and when you last opened it. Select a workspace to enter it.
Anything waiting for you, such as a pending invitation, appears first under Needs your attention.
Invitations
When an admin invites you, the invitation appears on this screen. Select Accept Invitation, then enter the workspace. You can't open a workspace before you accept: if you follow a link into one, Harmona brings you back here and asks you to accept first.
Invitations expire after 14 days. An expired one is marked Expired and has no accept button; ask a workspace admin to send it again. The admin side is described in Users and roles.
Status badges
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trial · Nd left | The workspace is on the free trial; N is the number of days remaining. On the last day it reads Trial ends today. |
| Payment overdue | A card charge failed. Harmona retries it, and the Owner can pay from Billing & Invoices. |
| Suspended | Access is suspended. Contact support to restore it. |
| Canceled | The subscription was canceled. |
| Deactivated | The workspace is no longer active. |
Create a workspace
- 1On Your workspaces, select Create a new workspace.
- 2Pick a plan: the free trial, or a paid plan billed monthly or annually. You can add a coupon code.
- 3Name it, usually after your company or team.
You become the workspace Owner. Paid plans ask for a card. The Owner can rename the workspace later under Account → Overview.
The free trial
- 14 days and 2,000 credits, with no credit card.
- One free trial per account, and only if you don't already own a workspace.
- The trial offers a limited set of models.
- It ends after 14 days or when the credits are used, whichever comes first. The Owner then picks a plan to keep going. See Plans and credits.
On-premises
On an on-premises installation, a super admin creates workspaces and adds people to them. If you see No workspace assigned yet, ask them to add you, then sign in again.
