Starter packs
What each Worker preset brings: first tiles for the sources you have connected, a paused starter task and suggested first messages.

A starter pack gives a new Worker a head start for a common job. It brings first tiles, a setup checklist, one starter task and a few suggested first messages. Tiles appear only for sources you have connected; for the others the checklist offers a Connect button.
How a pack is added
- You describe the job. When you create a Worker with a purpose sentence, it starts empty and sets itself up with you in a conversation. If a pack fits and at least one of its tiles would show live data, the Worker offers it as an Add a starter pack card. It adds a starter task only if you described a routine.
- You only give a name. With Name it yourself and no purpose, the pack for the preset you picked (Personal by default) is added right away.
- Your Personal Worker starts with the Personal pack.

Mail tiles read the account of the member who created the Worker and say so with Runs as.
The starter task
Each pack comes with one task, written as a brief you can edit. It begins paused, so nothing runs until you click Enable on the Tasks tile. If a source it needs is not connected, the report says so once and moves on. See Tasks and delegation.
Suggested first messages
An empty Worker chat shows four suggestions for the preset, such as “Which deals went quiet this week?” for Sales or “What's waiting in the queue?” for Customer Support. When the source behind a question is not connected yet, the suggestion asks the Worker to connect it instead.
Recommended templates
Each preset also has a short list of agent and workflow templates that suit the job. Ask the Worker “what should I set up next?” and it can point you to them. Browse all templates on the templates page.
Make it yours
A pack is a starting point. Every tile, task and rule can be changed in chat. Tell the Worker about your work and it writes a profile, visible under About this worker, that shapes how it answers from then on.
