Harmona Data

Ready-made data sources with no account to connect: company, market, research and public data, paid per call with a monthly limit.

Harmona Data gives your agents, Workers and workflows ready-made data sources. There is no account to connect: an admin adds a source and it works right away. You pay per use, at the price shown on each action.

Add a source

  1. 1Go to Studio → Integrations, click Add Integration and open Harmona Data under Ready-made data.
  2. 2Filter by region if you like: Global, United States or United Kingdom.
  3. 3Each card shows the source's actions and a starting price. Click Show all with prices to see every action.
  4. 4Click Add.
  5. 5Attach the source to an agent, a Worker or a workflow step to use it.

Only organization admins can add sources and change their settings. Everyone can use the sources already added and shared with them.

Prices and monthly limits

Each action has its own price, shown per call or per record. Some actions are free. Calls are charged to your organization's credits, and amounts are shown in US dollars.

Open a source to see Spent this month and its Monthly limit. Under Settings, set a Monthly spending limit (USD). Calls stop once the source has spent that much in a month. Leave it empty for no limit.

Attention

A source with no monthly limit keeps charging your credits for as long as agents, Workers and workflows call it. Set a limit on every source that a scheduled workflow uses.

Choose actions

Under Actions, turn off anything this source should not run. Agents only see the enabled actions.

How agents use it

  • Every action only reads data, so calls do not wait for approval.
  • In workflows, use a source in an explicit action step. Data sources are not offered as workflow inputs or as Worker widget sources, because those refresh unattended.
  • If a source is temporarily unavailable on Harmona's side, the call fails with that message and nothing is charged.
