Workflow runs

Every time a workflow starts, Harmona records a run. Open the workflow and switch to Runs to see them, newest first. After Run now, the new run opens here on its own and updates while it runs.

Run statuses

Inside a run

Select a run to see when it started, how long it took, what triggered it and how many steps completed, failed or were skipped. Below is a timeline of every step with its status: Pending, Running, Completed, Failed, Skipped, Waiting or Cancelled.

• Input snapshot shows the values a step ran with, after variables were filled in.
• Output snapshot shows what the step returned.
• Failed steps show the error and how many attempts were made.
• Skipped means the step sat under a condition that was false.

Cancel a run

A run that has not finished shows Cancel run. Confirm, and the run stops. Deactivating a workflow does not cancel runs already in progress.

Retries and failures

• When a step fails, Harmona tries it once more after a short pause. Logic steps are not retried, because the same input gives the same result.
• If the step still fails, the workflow's When a step fails setting decides what happens. Stop the run marks the run Failed. Skip and continue moves on to the next step.
• A workflow cannot be activated or run while it has validation errors. Click Validate to see them.

What a workflow costs

Click Usage in the builder toolbar. On credit-based plans, amounts are shown in credits.

• This Month's Estimate: spend so far this month, the Average per run, and a projection for the month based on scheduled runs or recent activity.
• Daily Cost: a chart you can switch between Cost and Runs, for a date range such as the last 30 days. Each day also shows LLM calls, tokens and web searches. Days are counted in UTC.

AI steps and web searches drive most of the cost. An app event trigger in polling mode also uses credits on every check.

Runs in the Inbox

Run participants also see the workflow's runs in their Inbox, next to its approval requests and notifications.
