Agent Mode
Build and change agents, workflows, skills and connections by describing what you need, and approve each change Harmona makes.

Agent Mode is a chat for building. Describe the agent or workflow you need; Harmona drafts it, wires up the pieces and asks you to approve its changes. You can also use it to edit what you already have.
Open Agent Mode
- Click Create with Harmona at the top of the Studio section in the sidebar. A Harmona Agent Mode panel opens next to the page you are on.
- Or choose Create with Harmona > Start chatting when you create an agent or a workflow.
New chat starts over. Recent reopens an earlier Agent Mode conversation.
What it can build
- Agents: instructions, model, connections, tools, skills, training sets, conversation starters and output channels.
- Workflows: the trigger, inputs, steps, enabled integrations and run participants. It can also start a test run.
- Skills: new skills, or changes to existing ones.
- Connections and integrations: drafts you then finish, including a connection built from files you attach.
- Sharing: sharing an asset with people in your organization.
Describe what you need
Be specific about the data and the outcome. For example:
- "Set up a workflow that turns support emails into Jira tickets."
- "Create a workflow that summarizes new orders every morning."
- "Help me edit one of my agent's system prompt."
Approve each change
Changes arrive as cards that show what Harmona is about to do. The approval mode chip works the same as in chat:

| Ask every time | Every change asks first. This is the default. |
| External only | Building steps run on their own. Sharing, deletions, deactivations and test runs still ask. |
| Auto | Nothing asks. Each change leaves a receipt in the conversation. |

Cards along the way
- A Workflow draft card shows the steps and inputs and whether the workflow is Ready or Needs fixes.
- Open agent, Open skill and Open workflow take you to what was built.
- Complete setup means an integration needs credentials before it can be used.
- Connect your account opens the sign-in in a new tab. Come back when you are done.
- Fix integration means a connection is broken and points you to its repair page.
After it is built
Everything Agent Mode creates is an ordinary agent, workflow or skill. Open it to review the details, test it, and activate it when it looks right.
