Chat with your Worker

Use the Worker chat for notes, checklists, rules, per-person memory, reminders, calendar events and files, with an approval card before changes.

Документация доступна на английском и турецком, как и интерфейс Harmona. Эта страница показана на английском.

The chat on the right of every Worker is where you build and run it. Ask a question, give an instruction or attach a file. Each thing the Worker does shows as a small receipt in the conversation, such as Added a note or Saved a rule, so the chat also reads as a log.

Conversations

  • New chat starts a fresh conversation; Past chats lists earlier ones. Conversations of tasks carry a Task badge.
  • An empty chat shows suggested first messages for the Worker's purpose. A suggestion that ends with a colon lands in the box for you to finish.
  • In a Worker with several members, each message shows who wrote it.
  • Expand chat, Shrink chat and Hide chat change the width of the chat.

What asks before it happens

Some things the Worker does on its own because they are yours to undo: adding or editing notes, saving rules and memories, ticking its checklist, saving a data recipe and refreshing a tile. Other changes arrive as an approval card first, for example adding or pinning a widget, rearranging the dashboard, deleting anything, setting a reminder, adding a calendar event, running a workflow, saving a file, changing the toolbox and delegating a task.

The approval mode chip in the chat header sets how often you are asked in this conversation: Ask every time (default), External only or Auto. See Key concepts.

Notes, to-dos and the checklist

  • Notes are shared by everyone in the Worker. Say “take a note: …” or click Add note. A note opens as a page with basic formatting and saves as you type.
  • To-do lists are yours to tick. The Worker can start one for you, and Delegate to Worker hands an item over as a task.
  • The Getting started tile is the Worker's setup list. It ticks items itself as it learns about you. Some items carry a Connect button or an Ask your Worker shortcut.

Rules and memory

Say “from now on, amounts in EUR” and the Worker saves a rule. Rules appear on the Rules tile, apply to everyone in the Worker and are followed on every turn. You can also type one into Add a rule…, or remove one with Remove rule.

Memory is personal. As you chat, the Worker keeps lasting facts about you, such as your role or how you like reports. In a shared Worker each member sees only their own memories on the Memory tile. Forget this deletes one.

Reminders and calendar

  • Ask “remind me tomorrow at 9 to …”. When a reminder is due, it lights up on the Reminders tile and a Reminder item reaches the inbox of every member of the Worker.
  • The Calendar tile shows the team's connected Google and Outlook calendars in one place. Click Add your calendar to connect yours, or Add a calendar for another account.
  • Ask the Worker to add an event and it writes to your own connected calendar after you approve.

Files and reports

Attach files to the chat and ask about them. The Worker can also produce PDF, Excel, PowerPoint and HTML files and images. Everything it produces or saves appears on the Files tile, marked From chat or with the task it came from. When you ask it to save a file, it stores it in a connection so assistants can search it later; by default that is a connection named after the Worker.

Asking agents, running workflows

  • The Worker can ask any agent in its toolbox. The answer shows as a card with the agent's steps; an approval that agent needs appears in the Worker chat.
  • It can run workflows you are allowed to run, after you approve.
  • It can search the web and query the databases and documents in its toolbox.
  • To build a new agent, workflow, skill, connection or integration, it writes a brief and shows Build this … in Agent Mode. Click Open Agent Mode, then ask the Worker to add the result to its toolbox.
