Integrations
How integrations work
Personal and team accounts, connecting in one sign-in, health and repair, turning actions on or off, sharing and approvals.
La documentación está en inglés y turco, como la interfaz de Harmona. Esta página se muestra en inglés.
An integration is an account Harmona can act in: a mailbox, a CRM, a project tool, your own API. Agents, Workers and workflows use it to search, read and make changes, live. You manage integrations under Studio → Integrations.
Personal accounts and team tools
| Personal account | Team tool | |
|---|---|---|
| Who connects it | Each person, with their own account | An admin, once for the organization |
| Acts as | You | The company account |
| Examples | Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets | Jira, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Google Ads |
| If the person leaves | It stops working | It keeps working |
Google Drive and SharePoint offer both. When you add one, Harmona asks How do you want to connect?: Your own account or Company account (admins only). The catalog lists which apps are personal and which are team tools.
The Integrations page groups rows the same way: My accounts, Team tools and Shared with me.
Connect an app
- 1Go to Studio → Integrations and click Add Integration. Or use a one-click tile under Connect your own accounts.
- 2Find the app in the list or search for it.
- 3A new tab opens with the app's own sign-in. Sign in and approve the permissions. The consent screen may name Pipedream, the partner Harmona uses to connect apps.
- 4The tab reports back and the integration appears in your list. There is no form to fill in.
For a team tool, sign in with the company account, not your personal one. The integration sees exactly what that account can see, and Harmona never sees the password.
Use a dedicated service user
Health and repair
Harmona regularly checks the accounts it can test, such as mail, drives, SharePoint, Jira, HubSpot and Zoho Desk. Each one shows a status line: Connected with the last check time, Setup not finished, or Connection lost with the reason. A banner at the top counts the integrations that need attention. API and SOAP integrations are not monitored this way.
- The provider could not be reached is usually temporary. Click Check again.
- Access was revoked happens after a password change or a security review. Click Fix and choose Sign in again. Use the same account, so everything built on it keeps working.
- The client secret expired, The credentials were rejected and similar reasons need new credentials. Click Fix, enter only the fields marked Renew, then Save and check.
Only the owner of a personal account can sign in again. Credentials of a team tool can be renewed by someone who can manage it.
Turn actions on or off
Open an integration to see its actions, split into Read Actions and Write Actions. Turn off anything your agents should never do. A disabled action is removed from the tools the next time an agent or workflow uses the integration. The agent never sees it.

Share an integration
Hover over an integration and click Share to give people access: Can view, Can use or Can manage; see Sharing and access. Each integration has one Owner. Org admins can always see that an integration exists; sharing decides who can use or manage it. Accounts other people shared with you appear under Shared with me.
Approvals for write actions
In chat, actions that change something follow the conversation's Approval mode. See Approvals.
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Ask every time | Every action that changes something asks you first. This is the default. |
| External only | In-app changes run on their own. Anything that leaves Harmona (mail, calendar, tickets, running a workflow), sharing and deletions still ask. |
| Auto | Nothing asks. Every action still leaves a receipt in the chat. |
In a workflow, an action step runs when the workflow reaches it. Put a Human in the loop step before any step that should wait for a person.
