Where Harmona stores your data, what model providers receive, and what you can delete yourself: chats, memories and connections.

Where your data is stored
On cloud plans, Harmona runs and stores your data on Amazon Web Services in Ireland (European Union). On private cloud and on-premises installations, it stays in the environment set out in your agreement.
Harmona keeps what you asked it to keep:
- Connected sources, processed into your workspace so agents can search them.
- Conversations, including the parts an assistant quoted.
- The latest result each dashboard widget displayed.
- The log of each workflow or automation run.
- Memories: the facts and preferences Harmona keeps about you, if memory is on.
What model providers receive
When an agent, a Worker or a workflow step calls a model, the provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) receives the part of your content needed for that response. If PII Protection is on, what it detects is masked first. Under their business API terms, the providers don't use this content to train their models.
Model requests may be processed in the United States or in other regions where the providers operate, so that content can leave the European Union and Türkiye. On Enterprise plans, the providers and regions are set out in your agreement.
What you can delete yourself

| A chat | Delete it from your chat list. | It disappears for you, and for everyone it was shared with. |
| A memory | Open Personalization in the chat sidebar. Delete one memory, or clear them all. | The memory is gone. Turning memory off deletes all your memories. |
| A connection | The owner deletes it in Studio → Connections. | It is removed from every agent and workflow, and its search index is deleted. |
Only a connection's owner can delete it. Sharing and ownership are described in Sharing and access.
Deletion requests
To have personal data deleted, or anything you can't delete yourself, write to privacy@harmona.ai. Your rights, and how long data is kept, are described in the Privacy Policy.
